What is your return policy?

We are committed to offering high-quality, scientifically proven products and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will accept returns within 10 days of your original purchase date.*

*Gift Cards or Gift Certificates cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

*Treatments cannot be returned.

*A receipt and the product will need to be returned for the full refund to be released.

How do I return an item?

Can I return products in-office?

Yes

When do I get my refund after I have returned an item?

If applicable, refunds will be provided once your product return has been received and processed. Refunds will be sent in the mail via check and may take up to 14 business days.

Shipping and delivery

How are your shipping charges calculated?

All shipping charges will be shown in the cart when your order is being placed.

Do you deliver outside of the United States?

No. At this time, products can only be shipped within the United States.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

Orders are shipped on Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed after 11:00 AM EST Friday will be shipped the following Friday.
