INSURANCE INFORMATION

The Moore Center for Plastic Surgery P.C. participates in most health insurance plans. As a courtesy to you, our office will file your claims.

Dr. Moore participates in a program that provides coverage for you in the unlikely event you should experience a covered complication within 30 days of your surgery. This program is only available to plastic surgeons who are certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

Financing Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. You may also choose to apply for a personal line of credit with Cosmetic Fee Plan by MyMedicalLoan.com. Click here for information about this.
